Online Personlized Catalog!

The Printing Station can create your very own personalized online catalog. We can place all your regularly Printed and Ad Specialty items on our website for easy and convenient ordering. This service will forever change the way you order printing! Here are some of the many benefits you will receive by taking advantage of our online ordering system.

  • Regularly printed, and ad specialty products, can now be in one convenient location with a simple point and click process to view and place orders for those products. Your personalized online catalog uses a normal shopping cart for ordering products. Select a product, personalize it if necessary, enter a quantity, and add it to your shopping cart. When you’re finished “shopping”, check out, and send the order to The Printing Station. We don’t believe it can get any easier!

  • If you have a lot of products, they can be grouped into categories for simple filtering, viewing, and ordering.

  • Thumbnails, PDF’s , and product descriptions make it easy to identify, and order, the correct items.

  • Individual items can be loaded with preset ordering quantities.

  • Each item maintains its own order history.

  • Items that need to be updated frequently like business cards, rate sheets, and sell sheets, can be placed online with simple, or complex editing capabilities. This powerful feature also includes the ability to upload photos and graphics. As you enter information, watch as your document grows with each updated item.

  • For items that need to be warehoused, we have the ability to place that item online with a simple point and click method to pull items from inventory and tell us where to deliver it. Current inventory levels are updated and displayed as orders are placed.

  • The system supports multiple users, branches, locations, and/or departments.

  • If you have multiple departments, branches, or locations, catalog items can be filtered to only show the specific items for that location. These same filters can also be used to limit access to items for individual users as well.

  • To help an organization monitor the ordering process and control costs, an administrator can be specified, and all orders must be approved by the administrator before the order is released for production. The administrator will also have the ability to add or remove users from the system.
